It will provide flexibility for future demand and trends and accommodate the needs of residents at different life stages who will make Kingswood their home.
The strategy, when developed, will show how each phase can be self-sustaining with a mix of lifestyle amenities, social infrastructure, culture and green space, all delivered to support a thriving local community.
